Eswatini - Increase in ENPF Maximum Wage Limit Effective 1 January 2024

According to Legal Notice No 140 of 2020, the contributions for the Eswatini National Provident Fund (ENPF) will be based on a higher maximum wage limit every year for five years, effective January 2021.

Therefore, effective 1 January 2024 - 
  1. the monthly maximum wage level increases from E3 500 to E3 700
  2. the maximum contribution for both the employee and employer will be E370 per month (E185 for the employee and E185 for the employer)
