Eswatini - Increase in ENPF Maximum Wage Limit Effective 1 January 2024
According to Legal Notice No 140 of 2020, the contributions for the Eswatini National Provident Fund (ENPF) will be based on a higher maximum wage limit every year for five years, effective January 2021.
Therefore, effective 1 January 2024 -
- the monthly maximum wage level increases from E3 500 to E3 700
- the maximum contribution for both the employee and employer will be E370 per month (E185 for the employee and E185 for the employer)
