Status:
Select the current status of the template (e.g., "active", "inactive", or other available option).

Scoring Scale:
Set the scale that will be used to score evaluations.

Additional Options
Allow Manual Weighting?
Indicate whether manual weighting of evaluations is allowed. (Yes/No)

Allow Off-Scale Scoring?
Determine whether a score that does not fall within the established scale is allowed. (Yes/No)

Allow Employee-Level Editing of the Template?
Specify whether the template can be edited at the employee level. (Yes/No)

Should This Template Be Attached to a Business Process?
Specify whether the template is required to be linked to a business process. (Yes/No)

Allow the "Manager" Evaluator Type to View Other Evaluators' Scores?

Specify whether managers can view scores given by other evaluators. (Yes/No)

Inherit Succession Planning Questions for the "Manager" Evaluator Type?
Specify whether succession planning questions should be inherited to managers. (Yes/No)

Show Evaluator Details in the Assessment Summary Report?
Specify whether evaluator information should be displayed in the summary report. (Yes/No)

Prevent the "Manager" Evaluator Type from Evaluating Until the Personal Evaluator Has Completed?
Specify whether managers should wait for the personal evaluator to complete their evaluations. (Yes/No)

Make Comments Mandatory in All Sections?
Specify whether comments should be mandatory in all parts of the assessment. (Yes/No)

Default Scale for Employee KPA Questions:
Select the default scale that will be used for KPA (Key Performance Areas) questions.

Label Name for Assessment When Section Is Marked as Manual:
Set a name for the label that will be displayed when the section is marked as manual.

Compact Assessment View:
Indicate whether a compact assessment view should be used. (Yes/No)

Attachment Name:
Enter the name of the attachment file that can be associated with the template.
