Copy KPI’s of employees via Manager Self Service
Scenario where
approved KPI templates are to be copied from one employee profile to all other
employees reporting to a Manager for a specific process.
The process can be
completed via the Manage View functionality to copy the KPI’s of one employee
profile to another, or several employees if the employees have the same manager
as a reporting line on their position screens.
Manager can navigate
to Employee profile > Other > Manager View
Further note, KPI’s
can only be copied from employee records, where the KPI’s are attached to a
specific process, and cannot be copied to different processes.
For example, employee
1 has defined KPI’s attached to Process 1, KPI’s can be copied for
other employees also attached to Process 1 and cannot be copied for employees attached to Process 2 or 3.
