Config | Creating Organisation Hierarchy Levels
Overview
The first step to create an Advanced Organisation Structure is to define the amount of levels that are present in the organisation hierarchy. The levels are created and defined on the Organisation Hierarchy Levels Screen.

Example
In this example, levels were created for Company, Department and Cost Centre.
Field explanations
Customers on Lite edition as well as customers that have not enabled the setting for a more involved Hierarchy Structure will only be allowed to have a maximum of two Organisation Hierarchy Levels. For newly setup Companies, the system will automatically default two Organisation Hierarchy Levels on this screen and descriptions can be changed.
