Can the system combine the tax result values into one gross-up value should more than one gross up be inserted onto a payslip?

This feature is available on all PaySpace editions.

Enable the "Summarise the tax result values into one gross up value should more than one gross up be posted." checkbox under the Gross ups section on the Calculation Settings screen.

      Navigate > Configuration > Payroll > Payroll Config > Calculation Settings > Gross ups

      

Additionally, the Gross Up Difference Summary component must be added for the calculation to automate. If there is a Periodic Gross up on tax code 3605, ensure that a separate Gross Up Difference Summary component is also created with Tax code 3605, in order for the periodic tax calculation to apply.

      Navigate > Configuration > Payroll > Payroll Config > Payroll Components

      

      

      

This calculation setting can be used in scenarios where the debt portion of each gross-up component must not be shown separately when multiple instances of the gross-up lines are captured on the payslip.
