Can payslips be automatically emailed to all employees?

This feature is available on all PaySpace editions.

To enable payslips to be automatically emailed to all employees, select the "will payslips be emailed to all employees?" option under the General Details tab on the Basic Company Information screen. 

      Navigate > Configuration > Basic Settings > Company Settings > Basic Company Information

      

Employees will receive an email stating that their payslip for that period is available and can be accessed by clicking on the link provided.

      
System Impact! When the run automatically closes the system will automatically send an email informing the employee that their payslip is available. The email will contain a link directing the employee to their Employee Self Service (ESS) profile. This will only work, if the employee has an active email address on their Employee Basic Profile screen and if the employee is registered for ESS.
