Can I generate a consolidated tax file for a company with multiple frequencies to import into e@syFile™ Employer?

This feature is available on all Deel Local Payroll powered by payspace editions

Yes. Deel Local Payroll powered by payspace allows companies with multiple frequencies to generate a consolidated tax file to import into e@syFile™ Employer, rather than to extract individual CSV files per frequency.

      Navigate > Config > Basic Settings > Company Settings > General Settings > Statutory Settings 

      

Once the above setting is enabled, the generated tax file will be a consolidated file stored under the frequency in which it was created.

      Navigate > Reports > Tax Certificate Run

An information message will be displayed when the CSV file is generated, notifying the user that the file will be stored under the currently selected frequency.
