Can a workflow path be setup per claim component?
This feature is available on the Premier and Master payroll edition
Yes, the workflow configuration screen allows users to configure claim workflows for specific claim items.
The system allows workflow paths to be created, based on workflow role, region or security role, for which all claims will follow accordingly.
Navigate > Configuration > Basic Settings > Company Settings > Workflow Configuration
