Burkina Faso | Finance Law 2025
On December 30, 2024, Captain Ibrahim Traore, the President of Burkina Faso, signed Decree No. 2024-1656/PRES which promulgates Law No. 042-2024/ALT of December 23, 2024.
This law pertains to the Finance Act for the implementation of the state budget for the financial year 2025.
There will be no changes to the payroll regulations for the 2025 tax year; thus, the existing rules will remain in effect.
