Structure Analysis
Bulk Reporting To Change:

This functionality is designed to facilitate updating the reporting structure within an organization, allowing multiple employees to be assigned to report to a single supervisor or manager at once.

Details:

Select an employee who you would like the below list of employees to report to: A field where the user must select an employee who will become the new supervisor or manager for the listed employees. This allows for easy restructuring of the team.

Effective date: A field to enter the date on which the changes to the reporting hierarchy will take effect. This date is crucial for change management, ensuring that all records are updated with the correct date.

People Affected:

Employee Number: Employee identification number, which helps uniquely identify each employee in the system.

Employee Name: The name of the employee who will be affected by the change in reporting structure.

Effective Date: The date on which the reporting change will become effective for each listed employee. This can be the same date for everyone or a different date for each, depending on the needs of the organization.

Functionality
Bulk Upload: This functionality allows a large number of changes to be made in a single process, reducing the time required to implement changes in reporting hierarchies.

Validation: Before applying changes, the system can include a validation step to ensure that the data entered is correct and that there are no conflicts (such as an employee trying to report to themselves).
