Benin – Budget 2024 Proposed change affecting Payroll
According to the draft budget for 2024 of the Republic of Benin there is a proposed change to the flat-rate valuation of benefits in kind, where the benefit in kind will be assessed at 50% of the value for domestic workers provided in the general tax code. Modifying Article 123 paragraph 3.
We await promulgation to confirm these changes.
