Banking Details | How to setup Employee Bank Detail Indicators
Overview
The Employee Bank Detail Indicators option allows employers to manage how employees are included in specific payment runs. This feature provides flexibility in processing payroll by enabling the employer to:
Specify which employees should be part of particular payment batches.
Schedule payments for different employees on specific dates.
Support multiple bank accounts per employee, making it possible to split salary payments across different accounts each month.
This option is especially useful for organizations with complex payment requirements or employees with varying banking arrangements.

Navigation
Navigate > Config > Basic Settings > Dropdown Management > Other Dropdowns > Employee Bank Detail Indicators
Details
Set up your indicators under the Employee Bank Detail Indicator section and click Save
Once saved, these indicators will become available for selection on the Employee Bank Details screen
When generating the Salary Payment File, the employer can now select a specific Run Indicator to export only employees linked to that indicator
Important
After setting up indicators, each employee must be linked to the appropriate indicator on their Banking Details screen. This ensures they are correctly included in the relevant payment run
