Ghana: New effective date for Tax Amendments
Please note that the GRA has issued a notice regarding the implementation of amendments in the 2023 Budget Statement.
Effective date of implementation of the Income Tax Amendments is 1st May 2023 (previously 1st April). This is to enable companies to configure their systems by 30th April, to ensure seamless business transactions.
GRA will provide administrative guidelines and practice notes on the implementation of the amendments in due course.
