Are companies that operate in a Special Economic Zone able to claim ETI for all qualifying employees, regardless of their age?

Yes. If a company operates in a Special Economic Zone, it will be able to claim ETI for all qualifying employees, regardless of their age.

A company SEZ code are captured on the Tax Certificate Run screen when selecting  the change trade classification and sic codes link.
