Here, you will configure certain parameters for the e-Social Dashboard:

  1. Version Selection

    • Description: Allows you to choose which version of the system will be used for sending events to e-Social.
    • Field: A dropdown menu to select the version.
    • Suggestion: It’s usually recommended to select the "Latest Version", as it will comply with the most recent updates and e-Social requirements.
  2. No Date Limit

    • Description: This option removes date restrictions set in the date selectors. When enabled, there’s no maximum date, and when disabled, the maximum date reverts to the current one.
    • Field: A toggle button to enable or disable the change.
    • Suggestion: Use with caution, especially if you need to register retroactive events or events with undefined dates.
  3. Disable Event Validation

    • Description: Enabling this option disables validation of events before sending them to e-Social, bypassing system mapping errors.
    • Field: A toggle button to activate or deactivate.
    • Suggestion: Useful in emergency situations to bypass internal validation, but use cautiously as errors could be sent directly to the Receita Federal.
  4. Optional Occurrence Date

    • Description: Allows you to insert an optional date to be used when sending events. This date can be selected when submitting the event.
    • Field: A toggle button to activate or deactivate the optional date setting.
    • Suggestion: Enable this if you need flexibility to specify a different date for the event submission.
  5. eSocial Simulation Service

    • Description: This option sends events to a simulation service, returning results as if they were successful, without actually sending them to e-Social. Useful for testing purposes.
    • Field: A toggle button to enable or disable.
    • Suggestion: Enable this function when you need to test the event submission process before sending the official data to e-Social.
  6. Automatic Event Creation Start Date

    • Description: Sets the date from which the system automatically detects changes made in PaySpace, enabling the submission of events.
    • Field: A date selector to set the start date for automatic detection.
    • Suggestion: Choose an appropriate date to begin automatic event detection, ensuring that changes made in the system are properly captured.
